House  extension , Dublin 7

Existing  house  extended  and  internal  spaces  reorganised  to  create  increased  open kitchen / dining / living  area  to  the  rear , an  extra  bedroom  with  en-suite  to  the  first floor  and  an  attic  bedroom  with  large  velux  windoes  to  the  top  floor . High  efiiciency  boiler  with  improved  insulation  was  also  incorporated  into  the  construction .

Village  Centre  Clonard  Little , Wexford .

This  project  is  essentially  a  village  centre  that  services  the  surrounding  88  dwellings .

Fire safety  design  and  construction  detaling  carried  out  for  cafe , Supermarket , Retail  units , offices , pharmacy  and  medical  centre

Mill  building  renvoation  and  conversion  to  offices , Dublin 7

Original  stone  facade  retained  and  steel  structure  incorporated  behind  it  to  create  a  multi  storey  office  building .
